A major project has recently commenced for clients BOUYGUES UK at the new Cardiff and Vale College - Coleg Caerdydd a'r Fro Advanced Technology Centre.

We are underway with delivering the SFS and sheathing board packages on site.

A fantastic project to be involved in, helping bring a future‑focused education facility to the region.

OCS has secured a new project working with a new client on the residential development at Raleigh Road, Southville, Bristol.

We have been appointed to deliver the drylining package across two blocks, comprising 54 townhouses and 52 apartments.

Works are scheduled to commence at the end of April, with regular progress updates to follow.

The site teams are looking forward to starting on-site and to building a strong working relationship with Created by Hill ✅

We are pleased to support Bristol Children’s Hospital and Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal this Easter with donations of Easter Eggs and themed arts & crafts activities for their young patients. Thank you to their incredible staff for everything they do and we hope these treats and craft sets bring lots of smiles and joy over the Easter season! 🌼🐰💛

Recognition for the OFS site team this month 👏

Congratulations to Will Britton for receiving the Monthly Award from YTL Construction UK for his outstanding work on the Brabazon PBSA project.

His efforts to keep work on track and for stepping in to push fire stopping through at a critical stage of the project reflect his proactive and hands-on approach.

Feedback highlighted his reliability and unwavering commitment to going above and beyond week in, week out 🤝

At Argyle House in Bath, the OCS decorations teams are currently working through most of the apartments for PMC (SW) Ltd, with progress being made across 7 of the 8 plots. The scheme continues to move forward, with the remaining apartments scheduled to begin once they are ready for access 🔜

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Optimum 🎄🥂

Our annual wreath-making evening was a perfect mix of creativity and Christmas cheer, festive cocktails, Christmas jumpers, fresh foliage, and an array of beautiful decorations for our wreaths, all topped off with plenty of laughter 🥰

A huge thank you to Lisa Clubb for organising and hosting such a fun and inspiring event. It was a brilliant way to spend time with the incredible ladies behind Optimum before we head into the festive break.
