Transforming Limbs & Things' HQ
We've completed a £2.2 million refurbishment that turned two warehouses into a unified logistics, manufacturing and operational hub. Highlights include a dedicated goods-in facility linked via a custom bridge with a heavy-duty goods lift, and a state-of-the-art manufacturing space with a mezzanine. The investment expands their manufacturing footprint by 50% to around 59,000 sq ft and increases production capacity by 70%. It also boosts warehouse capacity by 70% and helps them scale production, reduce lead times and improve inventory management.

🏛️ Reimagining Theological Education at Trinity College Bristol

The Trinity College Student Village masterplan brings together heritage and modern living in a thoughtfully designed campus environment. As part of this wider scheme, Kitto Construction was appointed to deliver a key quad within the development.

Phase One of the overall project was completed on time and on budget, delivering energy-efficient apartments designed to foster a strong sense of community. The design competition attracted nearly 40 international submissions, while collaboration with the Housing Festival introduced innovative construction methods.

Built using unsorted softwood for the stile, head, bottom, and mid rails, and finished with 7mm pine-faced MDF panels, each door reflects the precision and quality we stand for.
