A small project in a single track lane outside Abergavenny. A landslide some 12 months ago led to the closure of this lane. Now reinstated with supporting stone structures, improved drainage and Envirolok bags. A new hedge line will be planted on top of the wall once the hydroseeding has established vegetative growth.

Stunning views from this private house renovation just outside Chepstow. To the north you can see Abergavenny and the Black Mountains, moving round to a North easterly directions you can make out the Malvern Hills. Unfortunately we are in Wales, the mist, rain and cloud rolled in, so.......no pics I'm afraid. The only usable pic was of the slope that we had just hydroseeded with a mix of wildflowers and fine grasses.

A drainage ditch in Avonmouth that we seeded 11 months ago with a wetland wildflower mix. A dry winter followed by a dry spring and then a scorching summer. It takes time for wildflowers to establish, especially in adverse conditions. We think you will agree, this one goes down as a success.

A return visit to Peterborough today. This is a badger bund we seeded with wildflowers 15 months ago. Visually stunning now. Bio diversity at its best including the young fawn we found nestled in the vegetation. We had some concerns over the fawn's wellbeing so contacted a local wildlife rescue centre who assured us that all was well as the animal was not in distress. Mothers will leave their young in a 'cache' during the day. They remain there until mum returns.

Hydroseeding at the side of the A40 near Brecon. A landslip resulted in a 2 year project re-engineering the slope for stability. We were there for the final stage, establishing vegetation to protect the surface from rainfall.

Another 5 Rivers Environmental project just outside Aldershot. The waterway has been diverted while work to strengthen the embankments was carried out. Flex MSE has been used to shore up the more vulnerable areas. We have finished off the project by hydroseeding onto the Flex MSE walls.

Wetland Meadow seeding at Arundel Mill in Stroud. Seeding works done on behalf of Sanctus, the main contractor for Stroud Valleys Project. Another public greenspace opened up. Until last year this was merely an overgrown boggy thicket choked with reeds. There is now open water on the River Frome flowing freely down the mill race. Local residents are delighted to have the space back and are watching ducks and a heron reclaim their space.
