Another room wrapped up by Percy Contracts.Just finished 15m² of engineered herringbone flooring in this bedroom and it’s come out spot on. Before laying anything, I over-boarded the whole area with 6mm ply, fully screwed down every 300mm to make a solid, secure base. No movement, no bounce — exactly how it should be before herringbone goes in.Once the subfloor was prepped, I set out the pattern, glued everything down properly and worked my way through the room. Clean cuts, tight joints, perfect lines. Finished it all off with fresh Ta**us skirting boards — mitred, scribed and pinned neatly.Took me three days start to finish. Smashed it out, and the customer’s really happy with the finish. Another tidy job ticked off.Percy Contracts Ltd – Quality Work
