We got so lucky with the weather on this roof. We took the chimney stack down on this pair of houses and then did a re-cover and repair of several parts. One of the lofts had been spray foamed and the client wanted it removed. This added significant time to removal.

Bespoke Garden Room we built towards the end of last year. The building contains a good size garden room with an attached shed on the right with a hidden door. Still a few things to finish when the client is ready. Replace the temporary steps with a proper staircase, complete the bike store under the deck and fit final railings once they are ready.

Quick bit of drain unblocking today. Unfortunately this waste for a kitchen sink is about 5m long and has little to no fall on it. Replacing it is a big job removing all the kitchen units so we cut into it, cleaned it out in both directions and fitted a patch to the pipe so it can be cleaned regularly. The sink refused to drain at all before we started but is clean and running smoothly again now.
