Today marks 1 year since we arrived on site at our Wimbledon project!

This residential property has had a major transformation in the year since we started. We've added a basement, of which the structure is complete, and our team are continuing work transforming the ground floor with the extension phase of the project.

The loft conversion adds three bedrooms to the property, and is able to utilise the panoramic views across the London skyline and the Wimbledon courts.

One of our favourite features will be the basement, and the dramatic open courtyard allowing light to flow through complete with gym and sauna downstairs.

Completed property!

We've handed the keys back to the client on our Bromley site! 5 months of complete renovation; consisting of an attic conversion with bedroom, en-suite and walk-in wardrobes, single-storey extension to the rear creating a large open-plan kitchen living space, as well as full renovation throughout.

We absolutely love this finish, with intelligent storage solutions, exposed brick walls and luxury appliances and finishings throughout the home.

Today marks 1 year since we moved into our Earlsfield renovation!⁠

It's great to look back and watch this home come to life. Over the last 12 months we have completed the structure of the basement renovation for an amazing entertainment space, and built the heart of the home around the church-like kitchen dining area with an extension and exposed timber structures.⁠
⁠
We are keeping period features such as the circular windows throughout the space to ensure the extension blends seamlessly throughout this family home.⁠
⁠
This project has some months left before it's finished so follow us to see its progress.

Project update on our Wimbledon renovation 🏡⁠

This design is full of details, and the renovation is really taking shape. We have doubled the square footage of the house, creating a basement, whole-property attic conversion and a garden retreat. ⁠

The design details make excellent use of its idyllic location in Wimbledon, overlooking the London skyline and the famous tennis courts throughout the property.⁠

Transforming from the ground up. 🏗️⁠

A major milestone at our 18 Earlsfield Road project.⁠

The reinforced concrete basement structure is complete, waterproofing is in place, and the temporary propping continues to support the slab while internal works progress. Above ground, the new timber frame and structural glulam beams are taking shape, bringing the extension to life.⁠

Roof going back together nicely.
New slate installation progressing well with leadwork and detailing underway. Temporary roof earning its keep with the weather lately.
