There was a leak coming from the ensuite that was causing damage to the ceiling below. After investigating it was clear that water was getting between the grout, which made the tiles loose. Once the tiles were removed we noticed that the water damage went back to the timer studwork. We changed the timber that needed replacing, fitted aqua board, bonded, refitted wall tiles, grouted, silicone and fitted a new shower enclosure. The bathroom floor tiles were also replaced.

The existing heating flow and return pipework was altered, new hot and cold supplies brought in and the waste pipe was connected into the existing soil stack.
