I bought this house when a new bathroom was already got completed a few months before thd transfer. My got shat a headache. The bath that was fitted was a floor standing bath with bath panels all the way round, these numpties siliconed it to the wall so it could never be taken out. The bath mixer had gone and needed replacing. That was the first part of the journey. I ended up breaking the panel for access. Once that was done I knew where I was and how to plan the job. What a carry on.
Whilst the bath had been taken out I thought might as we fit a over head shower as well. It took a few days a Ning each stage but was worth the wait.

Gas leak on one of my landlords property where I passed on the emergency number for cadent. They came and capped off meter.
I went next day and traced it back of the gas fire where two bricks had fallen down the chimney and crushed the gas pipe in two places. This could have been a majority incident waiting to happen. I capped the gas pipe and disconnected the gas fire.

Repair on a hot water cylinder. Hot water not switching off and temp on the hot water is intermittent. Replaced the zone valve for now and serviced the vaillant 806 boiler.

Refitted a used Zanussi Cooker.
Safety notice :- don't always assume everthings working fine until it's tested.
The cooker was disconnected prior to getting a new kitchen and take to his pthercfamily members house. The cooker burners needed a good clean but the overhead glass lid which is a safety valve, unfortunately failed so cooker disconnected.

Take away had damage to the canopy extraction and was wrongly fitted so set fire to the roof. After all building work, fire risk assessments completed and passed. All gas appliances were tested and gas meter was replaced as not fully complaicent. Interlock system connected to the extraction system is MANDITORY not adviseable. All checks were completed and given green light to open up after last tests by electrician.
