Another out of hours emergency call-out completed today.

We responded within the hour to a block of flats that had completely lost its water supply. After carrying out fault-finding, we identified the problem as a blocked inlet valve on the booster tank. The blockage was cleared, the system was tested, and the water supply was fully restored.

Old hot water system upgraded to a pressurised system.

Customer wanted some new radiators hung and plumbed up, however when we started we noticed some damp on some of the new skirting boards that had been fitted, upon inspection it turned out that these pipes had been leaking for sometime under the floor. Back the same week. Old pipes out and new ones fitting so that the customer can get on with getting the floors laid.
