🏠 provided a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders and explore innovations shaping the future of residential housing.

One of the highlights was meeting the team from Aico, a trusted name in home life safety solutions and a brand we see specified across many residential projects.

As residential remains a key sector for Pulse Electrix, it was interesting to learn more about Aico's continued impact within the housing market:
✅ Manufactured in Ireland
✅ Partnering with 856 Housing Associations across the UK
✅ Distributed 6.5 million products in 2025

Strong partnerships between manufacturers, housing providers and contractors are essential to delivering safer, smarter homes for residents, and it was great to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

A big thank you to the Aico team for taking the time to chat with us during the event.

We’re pleased to be making great progress at Tully Street, where we are currently in the first fix stage of a new development for Salford City Council.

This project consists of 10 new apartments, and it’s fantastic to see things taking shape on site. Our team is working hard to ensure the highest standards are delivered at every stage of the installation on behalf of our contractor client.

It’s always rewarding to be part of projects that contribute to much-needed housing in the local community.
Looking forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses 👷‍♂️⚡

Coporate Cup 🏆

Back in April, our team had the pleasure of taking part in the Bury FC Corporate Cup at Gigg Lane ⚽

It was a fantastic day getting everyone involved, coming together as a team, and going up against other businesses across the construction industry.

We didn’t bring the trophy home this time but it’s all about taking part, building team spirit, and enjoying the day (with a bit of healthy competition thrown in!)

We’re really enjoying sponsoring and supporting our local club, and we’re looking forward to seeing what the upcoming season will bring for the mighty winners 🙌
