Five Years Since Lockdown: A Time to Reflect

Today marks five years since the first COVID-19 lockdown changed our lives in ways we never could have imagined. Social distancing, masks, empty supermarket shelves, daily walks, working from home, Zoom quizzes, clapping for the NHS, and that strangely glorious weather—we all have memories that defined that time.

For some, it was a chance to slow down and reconnect. For others, it was a period of immense challenge and uncertainty. Whatever your experience, it's a moment in history none of us will forget.
