"It only works in summer."

"It takes too long to pay back."
For most commercial systems today, payback is 4–8 years on a 25-year asset. That's a strong return by any investment standard.

"We rent the building, so we can't do it."
Not necessarily. Some lease structures allow tenant installations. Landlord-funded models also exist. It's worth exploring.

"We don't have a big enough roof."
