ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE WANTED!
Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediately

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and work towards a recognised electrical qualification.

About the Role
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work alongside qualified electricians to assist with a variety of electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work across domestic and/or commercial sites. Full training and support will be provided.

Apprentice will be expected to work nights occasionally throughout the apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with electrical installations and maintenance
• Learning to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings
• Using tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following health & safety regulations at all times
• Attending college or training courses as required

What We’re Looking For
• A genuine interest in becoming a qualified electrician
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic maths and English skills (A* - C Required for college)
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
• Driving licence (advantageous but not essential)

We provide a professional service within the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are looking for an individual who will provide a professional and friendly service to our customers, via phone or face to face. You will assist with booking appointments, assisting customers with basic computer skills and help with general administrative duties.
We are looking for someone to work on a part-time basis, with the potential to increasing to a full-time post in the future.
The successful applicant will be expected to have:
- Good office skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Being able to collate and file customer information
- Being able to use Microsoft packages i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Being able to work well as a team
Hours: 20-24hrs between Monday & Friday
Salary: Negotiable with experience
