A small timber frame extension almost completed in Saltash. Just the drainage & grading the existing ground level back to go. This added an en-suite shower room & extra space to the bedroom. Externally finished in light grey cladding.

A recent timber frame extension completed in Bere Ferrers. Externally finished with silicone render & surrounded with a large WPC decking area.

This is some of the best in class decking made with 95% recycled materials. A great low maintenance alternative to wood.

A new roof replacement. We raised the pitch, added a velux and changed out the asbestos sheets for Marley tiles. @ Tamerton Foliot
