This was a 2 tone matt and gloss finish with luna ice Pietra solid surface worktops and upstands.
Secret pantry door and concealed oak draw box’s also fitted.

A full kitchen rewire and re-plaster also undertaken by the team.

Finally the last piece of the puzzle to the interior of our budock water loft conversion is all buttoned up.

Bespoke lacquered finished oak fitted wardrobes with sprayed black Tulip face frames and end panels. There’s a lot of hidden features on this install including

* Hafelle silicone 4mm diffused lighting on a pir motion sensor setup.

* Oak dovetailed drawer boxes with grass dynapro tipmatic push to open soft close runner sets.

* Watch/jewellery and handbag pull outs.

* Secret cnc machined inlay mirror door revealing a beautiful dark gothic style en-suite in fitting with the rest of the property,
Hung on thick profile stainless soft close concealed hinges.

This is not just a wardrobe this is a focal
Point on this property and really finishes off the master suite.
This particular install is a custom his and hers setup with a central vanity/makup station.

A recent ground floor update on our budock water loft conversion.
This was a complete roof off back to block conversion with an additional kitchen extension.

A full wet underfloor heating system was installed by Salisbury Plumbing & Heating with an external air source pump as well as 3 high end wet rooms.
Closed off with beautiful seamless herringbone flooring layed throughout the property.
Panelled fd30 fire doors installed with a sprayed Matt black finish to match the colour scheme of the house.

True handless xl range kitchen installed with hand made brass knurled assent handles, this is a fully integrated kitchen including every extra you can think of!
Finished off with seamless Carerra white Minerva solid surface worktops and breakfast bar overlay.
This kitchen also benefits from a hidden utility/pantry.

Media wall also built with Sonos speakers with a hidden sub and Philips hue lighting.
