Busy couple of days working on this lovely property out in the sticks.
* Rockers and loose pavers were re-bedded.
* A dip in the block paving was corrected to prevent pooling when it's raining.
* Pressure washed the entire area.
* Re-jointed all round.
* Few other little snags on the grounds done too. Loose slab in a set of steps and some thorn hedge cut back.

We've transformed this dark, damp and unusable cellar into a dry, well ventilated, and well lit storage space.
We spent a couple of days applying tanking solution to the walls. Dropped a couple of extractor fans in and some new strip lights.

Another project that went smooth and without any serious hurdles to overcome. With a little help from a few trades we were able to bring it in and complete it before the deadline arrived. Allowing the agents to take it to market sooner.

Works In Progress:
Redundant fixtures and fittings removed.
Full electrical update.
Internal walls and sheets painted.
Building exterior and yard area pressure washed.

Estimated works duration - 4 weeks.

Works to include:
*Full electrical update.
*Removal of redundant fixtures and fittings.
*Removal of redundant lean-to building.
*Structual repairs.
*Sheet metal work.
*Full paint job.

We'll then hand it back over to the landlord and letting agents who will find a new tenant...
