We recently replaced the cladding on this dormer in Cyncoed, Cardiff.

The existing timber cladding was tired and dated, we removed it and replaced with new Anthracite Grey woodgrain effect cladding. This has improved the curb appeal of the house along with creating a modern look and maintenance free finish.

Chimney Rebuild With Lead Tray Installation

The existing chimney had been standing for over 100 years and was looking its age! It was leaning in towards the house and was unsafe.

We demolished the existing chimney stack, cleaning off the bricks and setting aside for reuse.

We then completely rebuilt the chimney to the same size and shape as the existing.

New lead work was welded and installed including new back gutters, front apron, side flashings and soakers along with a lead tray to stop future rain water seeping down into the property.

The chimney is now safe, waterproof and ready for the next 100 years!
