Lindley's Mill Update -

We have had the pleasure of welcoming Cllr Chris Huskinson and Cllr Matthew Relf Ashfield District Council at the mill very recently.

It was great to share our passion for the Mill and the works that we are going to be completing over the next few weeks. Once our restoration works have been completed, this will enable Ashfield District Council to open the doors again to what they have described as a 'hidden gem' to visitors as Ashfield's last remaining mill out of the 9 built across Sutton Centuries ago.

**IT'S OFFICIAL HANDOVER DAY**

Our Heddfan development has been officially handed over to our client Hafod Housing today and it has been so rewarding to see all of the families moving into their brand new homes this afternoon!

We would like to thank the surrounding residents once again for their patience during this build and we wish all of Heddfan's new residents all the best, in their new family homes!

Our Nottingham team have started their new project at Lindley's Mill Sutton-in-Ashfield on behalf of our client Ashfield District Council. Over the next 9 weeks we will be working with our contractors to carry out roof replacement and masonry stone wall repair works, along with the installation of a new surface water drainage system. We look forward to posting updates as work progresses to restore this beautiful Grade 2 listed building.

Capital Construction Training Group's charity project for 2023 will be the refurbishment of Cardiff Dogs Home 🐾
