Another milestone complete. ✅

We're proud to share the successful completion of our works on Block 7, marking the second block successfully delivered by CCS Facade Solutions on this development.

This achievement reflects the professionalism, commitment and hard work of our site teams, who continue to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently on live construction projects.

Our scope of works included:
🔸 Hardie®️ Plank cladding installation
🔸 Passive fire remediation works
🔸 Spandrel panel installations
🔸 Pitched roof remediation works, including fire barrier installation and associated weatherproofing details
🔸 Millboard composite decking to balcony areas

Every completed project strengthens our reputation as a trusted delivery partner and demonstrates the standards we strive to achieve on every project.

With Block 2 now entering its final phase, we're on programme to complete it during the first week of August before moving directly onto the next phase of works.

A huge thank you to our client, the wider site management team, all fellow trades and, most importantly, our incredible CCS Facade Solutions team.

Projects like this are only possible through teamwork, collaboration and a shared commitment to quality.

We're looking forward to sharing the completion of Block 2 very soon and continuing to deliver specialist facade, cladding, roofing and passive fire remediation projects across Wales and the UK.

Operations & Commercial Coordinator – Facades & Cladding

CCS Facade Solutions Ltd are a growing façade, cladding, and fire remediation contractor operating across South Wales and the South West. We are not a labour-only company — we operate as a delivery partner, providing structured teams, high standards, and reliable package delivery across live construction sites.

As we scale into full contractor packages, we are looking to appoint an Operations & Commercial Coordinator to strengthen our office and commercial function.

The Role:
This is not a generic admin position. We are looking for someone with a construction background who understands site operations, office structure, and commercial processes.

You will play a key role in:
• Keeping the business organised and running efficiently
• Supporting tenders, invoicing, and commercial processes
• Acting as a link between site teams, office, and clients
Key Responsibilities
• Office & Operations: Document control, project folders, certifications, RAMS and compliance records
• Commercial Support: Tender preparation, BOQs, supplier coordination, ensuring submissions are professional and on time
• Financial Admin: Invoicing aligned with site records, tracking payments and retentions, collating labour and allocation data
• Site Coordination: Daily communication with supervisors, tracking progress, delays, and variations
What We’re Looking For
• Construction background (facades, cladding, roofing preferred)
• Understanding of project workflows and site delivery
• Confident communicator with site teams, QSs, and management
• Organised, proactive, and able to take ownership
Desirable
• Tender or commercial support experience
• Familiar with drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Experience with Excel, Xero, or similar

What You’ll Be Part Of:
A growing contractor building a strong reputation in the façade sector, focused on standards, professionalism, and long-term delivery.
This role has clear progression into a senior commercial or office position as the business scales.
Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 (DOE)
