Very good service down at Westwood Motor Group from going in Monday morning to look around their vast stock of brand new vans to driving one away on Thursday the same week.

Andy has a great knowledge of his vehicles and the finance options available.

The vehicles they don’t have in stock can be ordered immediately and our second new van to add to the fleet is arriving in just 2 weeks time!

🧰 Role Description 🧰

This is a full-time on-site Apprentice Electrician role located from our offices in Carnforth, Lancashire and covering the entire North West and South Cumbria. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work alongside our team of qualified electricians to assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems for residential and commercial projects. Additionally, you will develop skills in fault-finding and testing of electrical systems and equipment, and learn to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

✏️ Qualifications ✏️

- No prior experience is needed, but a strong interest in electrical work is essential.
- Possession of GCSEs or their equivalent in Mathematics, English, and Science, is an advantage.
- Demonstrate commitment in pursuing a long-term career in electrical work and be willing to work hard to learn the trade.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions closely are required.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and have a positive, can-do attitude.
- ​Drivers license or own transport/lift essential to meet others to then get to site in works vehicles.
- ​Punctuality is key.
- 1st and 2nd year apprentices or full time college course attendees welcome to apply.
