Following my last post this is a full start-finish 🪚

One of my favourites this year done for a lovely couple which has got to be said were truly amazing from start-finish,they supplied a fully cooked meal including dessert not as a one off but every day of the job 😋🩷💯

The existing Softwood porch was taken down and the Staffordshire Blue tiles saved, ready to be reused.
A new Oak post and frame was constructed in the workshop along with Oak rafters and sarking boards.
Once taken to site it was erected and the traditional rafters fitted with so being treated Softwood where the enclosed space was with insulation fitted between and underneath.
A layer of Cromar Air Romain Verger fitted, 25x38 treated tile batten and the Staffordshire Blue tiles put back on along with new lead soakers and step flashing all the above done in house by myself.

Oak Canopy Porch done for a lovely couple last year

There was already a canopy there as you will see in the photos at the end in a lovely white PVC. On removing this the brickwork was in a poor state of repair and first job was to replace and make good.
Then the new Oak Canopy could be installed along with the clay roof tiles and step flashing.

Another Oak Porch done and dusted 👊 for a new customer at Longsdon who is delighted with the finished job.
For once the weather ☀️ was kind to me on this occasion.

Latest Oak Frame project underway with the frame made over the Christmas period and demolition of the existing conservatory this week along with the construction of the Oak Frame on site.
