This lady gave us a call after having 2 separate contractors fail to fine the cause of this leak….

After a thorough investigation we found the leak to be entering the property through a large crack on the exterior wall.
We patched the exterior up as that’s what the customer requested and then we headed back inside to do the repairs on the electrics and also repair and replace and paint the plasterboard…

Had a phone call today off a worried caretaker….
On arrival I found that all toilets were blocked and some were even overflowing, found the Macerator to be fully blocked up with tissue, sanitary wear and even an old dishcloth 😱

Manually removed blockage and tested all pipe work.
All tested and flowing correctly.

Attended this job for a blocked urinal that was overflowing due to being on an automatic flush system 🚽

Found the pipe work to be majorly blocked with hair and scale build up.
Cleared the blockage manually and flushed all pipe work before re installing…….

All tested and flowing fine👌
