The customer had rotten rafter feet, which led to the fascia and soffit coming loose from the property.
The first course of tiles had no overhang allowing water to get in, so we cut the rafter feet back and fixed a 4 x 2 to the rafters, and fitted felt support trays to ensure this wouldn’t happen again
