Another happy customer! 👌

This job started with removing the basin and toilet ahead of the floor layer fitting a new floor. Once the flooring was complete, I returned exactly when promised and got everything finished in a single visit.

The toilet was reinstalled with new internal parts, the basin was refitted with a new click-clack waste, and everything was finished off with neat, crisp white silicone for a clean, professional finish.

A lot of plumbers say they’ll try to get back when they can. I pride myself on turning up when I say I will and getting the job completed properly the first time.

Customer: “The shower isn’t getting very hot… and I can hear a hissing noise.”

My first thought weren’t that the boiler’s playing up and the neighbour’s pet snake has escaped. 🐍😂

Most of the time the shower temperature is usually down to a worn thermostatic cartridge, and the hissing is often a noisy toilet inlet valve—two completely unrelated faults.

This time though, the damp staining on the bath panel gave the game away. The panel was so rotten it practically fell off, revealing the real culprit hiding behind it.

The good news? No tiles had to be removed or damaged. The bad news? The mouldy bath panel had to be retired. 😅

Another leak found, fixed, and one very happy customer.

2 toilet seats,
1 toilet fix, (Thomas Dudley flush valve and fluidmaster inlet valve)
1 new install outside tap.
