Called out to a property in Chester due to the system losing pressure and the boiler cutting out.
Eventually found this joint leaking causing the issue. This pipe has been in place for over 40 years, and it had never been soldered. It was on the ground floor of a 4 story house and took some finding!
Repair completed and back up and running.

Out with the old gravity fed cylinder,
In with the new unvented cylinder.

Poor hot water flow and pressure is an issue for most people with a gravity fed cylinder.
Unvented hot water cylinders enable mains pressure hot water, without the noise. It also eliminates the need for the water storage tanks in the attic.

Running a bath is also much quicker as for the better flow rate and pressure. 🛁

On this particular installation the heating system was also pressurised. So now the whole system will run much more efficiently saving the customer money in the long run 💵

We included a bespoke shower niche with stylish black fixtures and fittings for an ultra modern feel. Matt grey vanity units create practical storage with a modern clean look.
