Fibre Engineers Facing Redundancy? There May Be A New Opportunity Waiting For You!!!
It’s difficult seeing so many talented fibre engineers currently facing redundancy as the fibre build industry continues to slow down across the UK.
Having come from the fibre industry myself and transitioned into cladding and façade remediation, I know first-hand the uncertainty and stress that redundancy can bring. Many of the skills developed in fibre — working safely on site, attention to detail, problem solving, teamwork and working at height — are highly transferable into our industry.
At CladNation, we may be able to help.
We are currently looking for a couple of loyal and hardworking individuals to join us as subcontractors within the cladding industry. Experience in cladding is not essential — we are willing to support and train the right people into a new field with long-term opportunities.
We currently have opportunities around:
📍 Bristol
📍 Newquay
If you’re affected by redundancy, or know someone who is, feel free to get in touch with me directly for a confidential chat about the opportunities available.
Sometimes difficult situations can lead to a completely new career path.
