Bathroom Renovation Completed

We're pleased to share the successful completion of a recent bathroom project. Our customer was extremely satisfied with the transformation.

Scope of Work:

Replaced the old bath with a new steel bath, complete with accessibility grab bars for added safety.
Removed the existing electric shower and reconfigured pipework to install a new bar shower.
Installed 300x600 grey concrete-effect tiles in a staggered pattern to create a clean, modern finish.
Replaced the old radiator with a customer-supplied unit, adjusting the pipework as needed for a seamless fit.

Timber fence replaced this morning. We would’ve preferred to replace with concrete posts and gravel board‘s but customer wanted it to match the existing sides.

- break down old fallen fence
- erect new fence
- dispose of all waste and clean up

Hoping to be back in summer to take the shed down and replace the decking as it’s seen better days 😅.

Finished up this decking replacement today. Just a bit wet, but glad to get it all done. Took this garden from unusable and unsafe, to a back garden sun trap ready for summer.

Low maintenance and great for both landlord and tenants. Completely transformed this outdoor space.

Bespoke garden gates made for this customer today. He requested a standard size gate for access to the back of the property, as well as a smaller extension gate to allow for more room when taking his motorbike in and out.

After initially taking the wall down, two 8 foot concrete posts were set with 4”x2” timber bolted on the inside for secure fixings. Two bespoke shiplap gates were made and installed with hook and band hinges to take the weight and ensure no drop over time.

All timber was treated and all waste material disposed of for the customer.
