The hardest part of a full home renovation isn't choosing the finishes. It's knowing where to start.

That was the case with this Chislehurst home, where every room needed rethinking alongside full rewiring, new plumbing, heating systems, and underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms. We managed the work from concept to completion, which allowed the client to move out and return to a fully completed home, with every detail brought together into one cohesive design scheme.

The smaller the space, the more every decision matters.

In a one-bedroom flat like this, there is not much room for mistakes. Storage, design and functionality all need to work together from the start. Here, bespoke joinery helped create a calm bedroom, a functional home-working area, a comfortable living space, and a discreet bar nook, all within a limited footprint. From the floor-to-ceiling walnut joinery, under-stair bar and kitchen nook to the engineered walnut herringbone flooring and layered lighting, every detail was carefully thought through to make the flat feel spacious and easy to live in.
