We’re Hiring – Asbestos Supervisors

Greenfield Removals Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Asbestos Supervisors to join our team in the UK. If you’re passionate about safety, quality, and leading asbestos removal teams on-site, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for:

✅ Supervising asbestos removal projects on-site
✅ Leading and mentoring a team of operatives
✅ Ensuring full compliance with asbestos and health & safety regulations
✅ Acting as the main point of contact for clients on-site
✅ Overseeing quality control, record keeping & equipment use

What We’re Looking For:

Required

Proven experience as an Asbestos Supervisor
Valid Asbestos Supervisor qualification
Strong leadership & communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Flexibility to travel and work across different locations

Desirable

Strong experience on medium to large scale projects
Based in the North-West
Having access to a ready team of 2 asbestos operatives

Greenfield Removals specialises in safe and effective asbestos removal across the UK. As a a trusted HSE-licensed company based in Chorley, we employ a team of highly qualified professionals who are committed to setting standards within the asbestos removal industry.

🛠 Role Overview

As an Asbestos Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our site operations, delivering projects, ensuring compliance, and leading our team of removal operatives.

Core responsibilities include -

- Overseeing asbestos removal on client sites, ensuring high standards and compliance with regulations.

- Maintaining accurate records of all site activities, including work diaries, safety checks, and compliance documentation.

- Working with the Contracts Manager to address challenges or unforeseen issues that arise to keep projects on track and on time.

- Building strong client relationships, enhancing the company’s reputation.

- Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and standard procedures

📋 Key Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in the asbestos industry.

- Strong knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and safety standards.

- Ability to effectively deliver projects with efficiency and precision.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

- Current Asbestos Supervisor training certificate, Asbestos Medical, Half Mask and Full Mask Face Fit, and CSCS.

- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Individuals who would be able to bring a gang of Operatives if successful are desirable, but not essential.

Hold a full drivers license
Min 2yrs experience
Live within 30 mins of Chorley, Lancashire
Be professional & reliable
Pass periodic drug & alcohol tests
