Bathroom renovation completed ✔️

This project involved a full transformation from a stripped-back shell into a modern, high-quality bathroom finished to a premium standard.

The original room was completely taken back to brick, allowing for all new plumbing, drainage, pipework, and preparation work to be installed properly from the ground up. A brand-new floor structure and herringbone-style flooring were fitted to give the space a clean and contemporary finish.

The new bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower enclosure with marble-effect wall panels, a modern vanity unit with basin, a full-size bath, WC, and a chrome heated towel radiator to complete the look and improve comfort.

Every detail was designed to combine practicality with modern styling — creating a bright, functional, and luxurious bathroom space built to last.

Another successful transformation completed from start to finish.

Phase 2 of this house extension is now complete ✔️

The old combi boiler has been removed and upgraded to a brand-new Worcester system boiler with a fully pressurised hot water cylinder setup, providing improved efficiency, stronger water pressure, and a much more reliable heating system throughout the property.

This installation included a complete rework of the heating and hot water system with neatly installed copper pipework and a modern pressurised tank arrangement designed for long-term performance and energy efficiency.

To finish off the kitchen area, we also installed a beautiful Belfast kitchen sink, adding a timeless and practical feature that perfectly suits the style of the extension.

Another major step completed in transforming this home — combining quality plumbing, heating, and finishing touches built to last.

High-End Hot Water & Boosted Pressure System Installation

This project showcases a fully bespoke, high-performance domestic hot water system designed and installed for maximum efficiency, reliability, and clean aesthetics.

The installation features a premium unvented hot water cylinder paired with a high-output mains booster set, delivering powerful, consistent water pressure throughout the property—even in low-pressure areas. Every element of the system has been carefully planned and executed to ensure optimal flow rates and balanced distribution across all outlets.

Precision-installed copper pipework has been neatly routed and clipped throughout, providing not only durability but also a visually clean, professional finish. The system incorporates a correctly sized expansion vessel, isolation valves, and safety components, all installed in line with current regulations for safe and efficient operation.

A modern wall-mounted boiler integrates seamlessly with the system, ensuring rapid heat recovery and energy-efficient performance. All controls and components have been positioned for easy access, simplifying future servicing and maintenance.

We have also installed a beautiful en-suite on the 4th floor to save the long late night walks down to the ground floor bathroom.
