I count my lucky stars everyday for the time I get to spend with my little mate ❤️

We’re both really lucky ✅

He gets more and more involved with what we do with every renovation we take on 🏡🔨

He doesn’t know it yet but we start the next one shortly and he’s got the boiler to move location and a wall to take down 🤣

He’ll be taking over from me before we know it, time is absolutely flying 😭

Both jobs I moved the current boiler to a different location to free up kitchen space ✅

People that just don’t give a flying f**k!

I wouldn’t care I’ve seen the previous landlord certificates and yeah yeah everything’s great ✅

It’s fu***ng not tho is it! ❌

Coz anyone could have walked past and pulled that out with out the tenant/homeowner knowing! 🤬

For what it takes.. literally half hours work..

👉🏻 You can sleep knowing it’s safe firstly

👉🏻 Then it’s just phone call to the landlord saying you owe me an extra £40 coz I’ve had to use some gear and spend more time on your job!

Like… the landlord/homeowners paying.. why wouldn’t you just do it?! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Anyway. Jobs sorted. Family’s now safe! ✅

Flue pieced up with sand, cement and screwed together, as it should be!

Now where did I park the horse? 🤠🐎😉
