* Removal of hallway ceiling
* Insulating and plaster boarding of upstairs
* Fabrication and installation of stringers, treads, and risers
* Removal of double brick wall and lintel installation for hallway access following new staircase installation

Decking and grass showing temperatures as low as -16c even though the air temperature is -1c.

Pretty much the whole outside wall is at a minimum -9c, except the chimney where it gets as high as a toasty 6.9c

22c inside the living room
400c inside the stove 😄

Another happy customer. Out with the old, in with the new.

Old decking was rotten through and unsafe.
We removed the old decking, concreted new footings and installed a new frame and decking all in 1 day.

We use heavy duty 35mm thick decking boards.
