Work is ongoing at the Green Park Hotel in London which Edgewater are refurbishing. The project involves the refurbishment and construction of 175 guest rooms, public spaces and back of house areas. The hotel is due to open Summer 2020. We are excited to see the finished product!

The Health & Safety team here at Edgewater Contracts collected the 2019 RoSPA Gold Award! The award ceremony was held in the Doubletree by Hilton Glasgow, one of the many hotels we have refurbished.

Edgewater are pleased to continue their partnership with London & Regional Hotels, and have commenced works on the refurbishment of the Radisson Blu Hotel London Portman Square. The hotel is to be up scaled and re-branded as the prestigious 5 Star hotel brand, Nobu Hotels. The brand was founded by Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Hollywood movie star Robert De Niro. The hotel is undergoing a complete refurbishment and is due to open in spring 2020.

Edgewater Contracts & Specialist Joinery are nearing completion of the UK’s first Mama Shelter Hotel, located in East London.
This has been a very interesting and exciting project to be involved in.

Can’t wait to see this hotel in full operation!

Congratulation & well done to the Edgewater team that took part in the Grant Thornton Corporate Team Challenge 5K run at the Belfast City Airport last night.
A great evening was had by all. Looking forward to next year already!!!
