Big respect to all the women putting the work in day in day out at Sgs 💪

We were proud to be part of the renovation and transformation of the space, and it’s class seeing it now being used exactly how it should be full of hard working people pushing themselves, building confidence and smashing goals every day.

A lot of effort went into this project from everyone involved, and hopefully the work we’ve put into the gym helps create an environment people genuinely enjoy training in for years to come.

Nothing better than seeing a finished job come to life with people making real use of it 👏

What a day it’s been 🔥

2 garage doors fitted today, the old tired ones finally retired and hopefully sitting as cannon fodder somewhere as we speak 😂

Also had the privilege of evicting this absolute unit of a spider… had to give him 20 minutes to tie all 8 of his Rockports before he left, but we got there in the end 🕷️🤣

Another solid shift in the bag by the team 👌
