Big respect to all the women putting the work in day in day out at Sgs 💪

We were proud to be part of the renovation and transformation of the space, and it’s class seeing it now being used exactly how it should be full of hard working people pushing themselves, building confidence and smashing goals every day.

A lot of effort went into this project from everyone involved, and hopefully the work we’ve put into the gym helps create an environment people genuinely enjoy training in for years to come.

Nothing better than seeing a finished job come to life with people making real use of it 👏

What a day it’s been 🔥

2 garage doors fitted today, the old tired ones finally retired and hopefully sitting as cannon fodder somewhere as we speak 😂

Also had the privilege of evicting this absolute unit of a spider… had to give him 20 minutes to tie all 8 of his Rockports before he left, but we got there in the end 🕷️🤣

Another solid shift in the bag by the team 👌

Another transformation completed

This one might look like a small job at first glance, but it was a full strip out and rebuild from the ground up.

We removed the existing bathroom completely and started fresh installing a full wall to wall shower tray, correcting uneven walls to get everything level and plumb, and finishing it with premium wetwall boards for a fully watertight, low maintenance space.

A key feature in this build was a bespoke wall hung seat, fully integrated and finished in wetwall, positioned directly under the shower creating a comfortable, practical space to sit and shower with ease.

We also fitted an anti-scald shower for added safety, along with a grab rail for extra support small details that make a big difference day to day.

To top it off, we added a new radiator into an adjoining bedroom that previously didn’t have one.

What we really focus on with projects like this is creating spaces that work for people, not against them. Whether it’s improving accessibility, planning ahead for the future, or simply making things easier and safer around the home it’s all about comfort, independence, and dignity.
