Colchester Re-roof
The Aspire team was brought in to carry out the complete removal and replacement of the roof on this beautiful Grade II listed property.
Following a structural assessment, the existing roof was deemed unsafe after being significantly compromised during previous construction works. Building engineers confirmed that the roof structure was no longer structurally sound.
Our team installed a brand-new, traditionally hand-cut timber roof, carefully crafted to complement the character and heritage of this stunning period building.
