Tasked with a hot water cylinder upgrade, pipework reconfiguration, radiator replacements and a power flush while a customer is on holiday, is a standard job for us.

But not when a factory error on the hot water cylinder is found on the Friday morning BEFORE A BANK HOLIDAY, with the customer returning on the Tuesday.

So, a 12 hour Friday and a mad scramble trying to find a replacement, and flying in on a Saturday to make sure everything is perfect in time for our customers return, is another reason why our customers return time after time.

A lovely new customer coming board reminded us a few unique aspects of GEP and what is really driving the business.
And also gave Scott Dean the opportunity to do what he does best- take a problem no one else has been able to fix properly, and damn well fix it 😎
And really good to reconnect with Marco from ECA to really drill down into the best electric boiler for this job. Looking forward to exploring how we can work together to develop this side of the business more.

Well.
Here we are again!!
Not even a month after going live again, our main page that the GEP business page was linked to, was hacked. And the past few weeks have been spent trying to navigate the wonderful world of Meta and proving our authenticity (IRONIC?)
Time wasted as the account was permanently deleted before we could get it back up and running.
So here we are. Fresh page, fresh content and a refreshed family after two weeks off for Easter ðŸĪŠ
