New brick boundary wall at the front of my house now complete been on this weekends and summer evenings pleased with the end result. New wall piers and fence I have made to fit the gap between the piers using 2x1 fencing batten to let wind flow through. Just waiting for pier caps to be made.

Haven’t posted for a while but here we good great warm whether and I’m flat out been a struggle in the heatwaves but progress is happing this extension in coalford is coming along now up to lintel hight foundations dug out concreted with rebar. Block and beam floor installed. More pics to follow

Here we have a lovely patio in Monmouth complete using grey promenade 18mm Indian stone slabs. Topsoil removed in to a skip new sub base bought in new aco drains installed to take away surface water. New brick step. This was hard going in the recent heatwave but so glad to be able to get on with these projects. All pointed up with pave tuff jointing compound and handed over to the customer. On too the next.

Its a pretty hectic time at the moment but finally the whether is on our side this nice job in Monmouth is coming on well. Gables are built up stonework and blockwork. steel ridge beam is in place thanks to the hire of a tele handler. Roof has been cut on thanks to Louis cull carpentry for his hard graft . And the building is dry onwards and upwards keep building.

Been a busy week on this job out biddlestone on this outbuilding. parapet slabs all taken off new DPC barrier installed and slabs laid back on with lime mortar areas of stone work re pointed as the old mortar was falling out new lead flashing on corner of building. No more water coming in. On to the next.
