The next bedroom in Colne for the landlord of this home that had poor airflow and was getting ruined with damp.

Landlord had tenants in the property so was work that need sorting right away.

We got in cleaned all walls sanded and got the zinsser BIN and stain block out finished off with 2 coats of emulsion.

Fresh clean and problem solved.

The work is on going and has been in proses for couple of years we come after the first 9 units was completed. 60 units going in this building.

Fantastic seeing this place change working with some fantastic lads farther and son team. There doing amazing work it a pleasure to be helping them out with this project.
