This weeks weather certainly has been a challenge. We’re always looking for ways to make things easier for our team whilst maintaining a high level of service. The purchase of this John Deere mower has been a god send. It’s designed to cut through wet grass with minimum fuss. It’s been a god send. Hopefully see you soon with this in toe 🍃

🚨 Finally on Instagram. It’s been on our to do list for a while. What a great post to start with though. This customer has a 1 year old with a garden not conducive to creating a safe environment for them to thrive. We stripped out the old stones, turned the existing soil, added 3 tonnes of quality top soil and turfed the garden to create a wonderfully open space for them. Everyone is delighted with the end results. Well done team LC.

Part way through a project for one of our customers. Their tenant left them with quite a job to do to get it ready for a new occupier. Lots of clearance work to get it back to some sort of manageable state before power washing the entire space. Just a bit of finishing off with mulch and stone before a new fence is erected to the front and side elevation this week. A great job to break ourselves back in this year. 🌱

Lovely to see the Alderley Gate community out today gritting the roads together

As well as the ongoing service to the local estates we manage, LC Trust Management donated some bags of grit for our own estate to help our friends and neighbours. Great community spirit from all that helped ☺️
