Behind the scenes at the SSE Arena.
This week are onsite carrying out a Reality Capture survey for a client installing new screens inside the stadium.
Large venues like this come with a challenge — complex geometry, restricted access, and very little room for error.
Reality Capture allows us to capture millions of accurate spatial data points and bring the entire environment directly into the model.
That means the design team can work with real conditions, not assumptions.
Advantages of Reality Capture:

✔ Faster design coordination between disciplines
✔ Confidence that fabrication will fit first time
✔ Clear visual context for complex installations
For projects involving retrofit, upgrades, or tight tolerances, having the existing building captured and modelled properly makes a massive difference.
