🌙 Night shifts (22:00 - 05:00)
💰 £325 per shift (CIS)

✔️ Valid PTS
✔️ JIB Gold Card / Qualified Electrician
✔️ Previous rail experience (essential)
✔️ Full PPE and own tools

👷‍♀️ 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗻 𝗨𝗞 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗹

International Women's Day fell over the weekend. We didn't want to let it pass without saying something worth reading.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀:
🔹 17% of UK rail workers are female
🔹 Only 2% of women in rail are in engineering roles
🔹 79% are in non-management positions

These aren't numbers to brush past with a pink graphic and a hashtag.

They're a reminder of how much work the industry still has to do.

𝟲𝟬+ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀. 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀. 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

📍 Piccadilly Line, Bounds Green to South Harrow, London Underground

Over the weekend, our contractors were underground supporting ADComms on the DTUP possession.

🚧 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯?
Installing secondary containment for new tunnel-mounted cameras, including conduit and CMS routes.

👷‍♂️𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺?
A team of 60+ worked day and night shifts across the possession, putting in 10-hour stints from Friday evening through to early Monday morning.

✅ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁?
100% of planned works completed.

Our regulars were joined by a group of weekend warriors who stepped up when it counted. Scaffolds up, ceiling panels off, and solid graft throughout.

let’s shuffle back for a moment… because we haven’t forgotten how we wrapped up 2025.

Just before the Christmas break, the ISource team and a few of our fantastic clients came together at Electric Shuffle King’s Cross for shuffleboard, plenty of laughs, and a leaderboard that definitely sparked some debate.

Her battle included:
• Chemotherapy
• Multiple surgeries
• Unexpected complications

It was gruelling.

But Hayley remained 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 throughout.

Now, 2 years later....
She's 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 and 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸!!

As we celebrate 𝗢𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 & 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆
We recognise Hayley's courage. ✨
