Description of Works:

Installation of mechanical services including 1st, 2nd fixes, drainage, primaries, ventilation, testing and commissioning within four blocks and over 700 apartments for student’s accommodation.
The Perfume Factory had primaries included in the mechanical package and commercial areas on the ground floor with different drainage and water supply systems comparing to regular residential units. Additionally, the Perfume Factory had a unique pod system within the student accommodation units.
Our team in Perfume Factory varied in size during the project stages, but the average size of the team was 35 men including 1 manager per block and a Document Controller.

King's Point replaced an old-standing eye-sore of Reading in 2016. This new development provided a significant change in the appearance of the neighborhood. The new block of flats consists of 103 apartments built to the highest standards. We provided mechanical fit-out services at the beginning of 2017.

Parker House consisted of a Victorian dwelling re-development in Covent Garden to provide 40 new high-specification private apartments and three affordable units within the mews. We were selected to provide mechanical fit-out service within the flats and communal areas. The project has been finished in Nov 2019!

We are hiring!
We are looking for a new team member. Currently, we have a vacancy for an assistant PA to primarily support the director's day-to-day tasks.
Full training will be provided, however, we are looking for a person who is a quick learner, has proficient knowledge in excel and word, with good written English and a valid UK driving licence.
We offer increasing pay after the first month, friendly co-workers, dog-friendly office!
The new candidate is expected to start on the 1st of June.
