If you live on West Meadows or the Fairways, you might want too check your Roof!

This is my 7th visit too these brand new estates for roofing issues. This was for a full roof inspection provided with videos & photos.

A new build that’s been repaired 3x already by the builders roofing contractor. He’s only lived here 6 months.

I found 6 major defects & 9 minor defects on this 1 property that’s been ‘checked off’ by the NHBC & ‘repaired’ 3x 🤯

this property is £289,000 & he’s asking how much it would cost to fix! 😳 I’d want too rip it all off and start again!
