Three rooms. Three distinct briefs. One home designed with intention.

Willow Manor, a substantial family home in Canterbury, called for three bathrooms that felt connected, yet entirely individual in character.

A calm and restorative master ensuite, centred around a bespoke sage green vanity handcrafted by the Salacia furniture team.

A family bathroom layered with texture, where antique mirror tiles bring softness and reflection.

And a cloakroom designed to make an impression, wrapped in deep charcoal tones and rich brass details.

Different moods. Different materials. One considered vision, thoughtfully delivered as a whole.

Small in scale. Big in character.

Of the three bathrooms at Willow Manor, the cloakroom was always destined to make the boldest statement.

The brief? To create something unexpected - a space with presence, personality and a little drama.

Deep charcoal walls create an intimate backdrop, while antique glazed tiles introduce texture and depth. A crisp white Laufen basin, elevated on polished brass legs, becomes the focal point - paired with Samuel Heath100 Collection brassware in Old Brass Matt for warmth and contrast.

A decorative ceiling treatment draws the eye, proving that in smaller spaces, the details matter most.

The first of three bathrooms at Willow Manor, a family home in Canterbury.

The brief for the master ensuite was simple: create a space that felt calm, restorative and quietly luxurious.

At its centre sits a bespoke double vanity, handcrafted by the Salacia furniture team with reeded detailing, generous storage and finished in a muted sage green that softens beautifully against pale stone tiling and a seamless quartz surface.

Layered with understated details - from Laufen basins to Samuel Heath’s 100 Collection brassware in polished chrome - every element was chosen to feel considered, balanced and effortlessly timeless.

We get asked about brassware more than almost anything else. Not just which one looks good - but which one will still look right in ten years.

The finish decision matters more than most people realise when they start a bathroom project. It sets the tone for everything around it.

Every manufacturer has their own names for these finishes - we know them all and can help you navigate the options.

Swipe through these five finish options for honest advice on each one.

At Sutton Valence - a 105 home development in Kent - the brief was to create bathrooms that felt timeless, tactile and considered - moving beyond standard developer specification in favour of bespoke furniture, carefully selected finishes and enduring materials.

A project shaped through detail from the very beginning.

On Friday we swapped the showroom for open skies and spent the day with our incredible network of industry partners.

Clay shooting, candid conversations, and a reminder why the people behind the projects matter just as much as the projects themselves.

Thank you to everyone who came along- it was a brilliant day.
