A lovely Fireplace restoration.. new lintel to comform to current height regulations.. brickwork removed and made good before re rendering with a lime mix.. brick slips with struck and weathered pointing to give it the aged look .. new granite hearth and a hand crafter tudor oak mantle .. its quite a transformation

Bad installation by the original summer house installer , despite the felt being In good condition it was letting in water because no felt adhesive was used on the overlaps.. so a complete strip down and new properly installed felt solved the water issues

A Nice garden relaxing/entertaining area.. had a change of design from the original pergola tops to a full open gabled roof made to be aesthetic pleasing as well as structurally functional... completed with lemon cedar tile shingles .. it looks totally stunning.. and the customer is over the moon
