I think we can safely say, this chamber is requiring some tlc.

The customer was hearing noises behind the kitchen units and wall. This chamber is directly behind the problem area, on inspection, numerous holes found in the benching leading directly into the cavity behind. A shame the builder didn't think to sort it out when they did the extension.

The pop corn appears to have been pinched from a kitchen cupboard, perhaps the rat was planning to watch a film!

Two different jobs, but the same outcome. The first picture shows a yellow, non toxic, monitoring bait. This is used to determine if rodents are active in the area, but you don't have enough evidence.
Once you see this, it's changed for a rodenticide as in the second photo.

As you can see, they certainly enjoyed their last supper!
