Another stunning transformation completed by AJ Landscaping & Building 🔥

We’ve created a sleek and modern outdoor space, featuring a two-step rise up to the rear driveway using premium Kandla Grey porcelain paving. All steps have been built properly on solid footings, with blockwork used to form the structure — ensuring long-lasting strength as well as a flawless finish. Every corner has been cut at precise 45° angles to really deliver that clean, high-end “wow factor.”

The main patio continues the same Kandla Grey porcelain, finished with a sharp anthracite edging — again all tied together with 45° detailing for a seamless look. We’ve also installed threshold ACO drain channels to ensure both style and practicality.

To finish things off, the whole area has been pointed with anthracite grey grout, giving it that crisp, contemporary finish.

The raised planter (built by the client) has been professionally clad in cloudy grey cladding, topped with an anthracite porcelain plank to perfectly match the rest of the design.

Another happy returning customer 🙌

We previously completed landscaping work for this property, and it was great to be invited back to carry out the next stage of improvements.

This time, we removed the existing fencing and installed a brand-new feather edge fence, complete with a sturdy kicker board and finished with a clean capping detail for that extra durability and polished look.

A strong, long-lasting solution that not only improves privacy but also enhances the overall finish of the garden 👌

This one was a special project for us ❤️

We had the pleasure of completing this garden for my parents, who have been incredibly patient while we brought everything together — and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

The project included:
• 30sqm of Kandla Grey porcelain (600x900)
• Ash granite edgings (200x100)
• A curved pathway finished with Black Ice gravel and stepping stones leading to a circular fire pit area 🔥
• A bespoke curved sleeper feature to really create that “wow” factor
• Finished off with anthracite grey grout for a clean, modern look

Geo Grid is a highly effective solution that reinforces the ground, helping to evenly distribute weight and significantly reduce the risk of cracking or shifting. It’s a step forward in ensuring your investment stands the test of time.

From now on, all new quotes will include Geo Grid as a recommended optional extra. While there is an additional cost for the material itself, we will install it as part of the job at no extra labour charge.

🔥 Recent Project Completed in Weston! 🔥

Summer slots are know all gone! We are know taking booking from August onwards

We’ve just wrapped up a full garden transformation, working alongside the brilliant team at 🙌
They’ve done an outstanding job on the extension – definitely worth checking out their work and portfolio!

For this project, we installed 35sqm of Everscape™ Kemble™ Ivory Outdoor Tiles (59.8cm x 89.8cm) from our first time using these and we’re seriously impressed. The finish, quality, and overall look are top class 👌

To frame the space, we edged the patio with Plaspave 3-size charcoal blocks, adding a sharp, modern contrast. We also installed ACO drains to ensure effective drainage across the area.

The garden was finished with:
✔️ 4 inches of premium-grade toTilers Toolsshly laid turf for that lush, clean finish
✔️ Grouted using anthracite grey Fuga Pave porcelain grout from for a sleek, seamless look

This garden truly completes the stunning new extension and brings the whole space together beautifully 🙌

🎥 Project Showcase – Shavington Transformation

This project was completed in two stages.

Stage One
We constructed a bespoke lean-to roof across the rear of the property, complete with three glass skylights positioned directly above the existing windows to maximise natural light into the home.

The roof was finished with traditional shingle tiles, and we connected the downspout directly into the drainage system to keep everything neat and functional.

Then came Stage Two – the landscaping 🔥

We laid 60 square metres of Hammerstone Beige 600x900 porcelain tiles, installed in a modern brick bond pattern.

To keep everything looking sharp and seamless, we:
✔ Installed a recessed manhole cover to hide the drain access
✔ Fitted an ACO drain system for proper water management
✔ Added basalt gravel borders for a clean, contemporary finish
✔ Framed the patio with 100x100 granite setts to enhance the modern design

As soon as the rain gives us a break 🌧️ we’ll be returning to grout the patio in an anthracite colour, which will really bring the whole look together.

Another fantastic project completed in Shavington – delivered in two stages

Stage 1 – Lean-To Roof Installation
We constructed a bespoke lean-to roof across the rear of the property, featuring 3 glass skylights positioned directly above the existing house windows to maximise natural light into the home. The roof was finished with classic shingle tiles, and the downspout was neatly connected into the existing drainage system for a clean, practical finish.

Stage 2 – Landscaping Transformation
Once the roof was complete, we moved onto the landscaping:

✔️ 60sqm of Hammerstone Beige 600x900 porcelain tiles
✔️ Laid in a modern brick bond pattern
✔️ Recessed manhole cover to discreetly hide drain access
✔️ Installed an ACO drain system for effective water management
✔️ Basalt gravel border for a sharp, contemporary edge
✔️ Finished with 100x100 granite setts to perfectly complement the modern design

When the weather finally gives us a break from the rain 🌧️ we’ll be returning to grout the patio with a sleek anthracite grout, which will really make those tiles stand out.
