And it begins.....wasp season is here so be careful when out in the garden as this is just one of many nest that I've treated in the past week.

Rats find breaks in pipes and gain access to properties, on this job I found several entry points and breaks, doing a full camera dranage survey is the only way to find this.
I also discovered that rats have chewed through a rubber connection from a bathroom waste pipe into the main drain.
So out came the trusty rat flap, a one way valve that let's everything (including rats) out but can't return, saving not 1 but 5 houses at once from future problems.
