Dear Valued Customer,

A happy semi-retirement to Peter Carpenter and a warm welcome from JD Heating Services Ltd.

We are writing to let you know about an important update regarding your heating and boiler services.

After over 50 years of dedicated service in the industry, Peter Carpenter of TGS has decided to move into semi-retirement. While Peter will be stepping back from day-to-day operations, he will still be offering support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition for all his valued customers.

To continue providing the reliable, high-quality service you’re accustomed to, Peter has partnered with JD Heating Services Ltd. JD Heating currently has 3 staff members: myself (Josh), Matt and Harrison. Matt and I are fully qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers with extensive experience in heating, plumbing, and boiler care. Many of you may already know me, as I started my career in 2013 as Peter’s apprentice. Harrison has recently started his apprenticeship with JD Heating. We all share Peter’s values of honesty, professionalism, and individual care.

Well the great BT saga rumbles on.........after having the old number reinstated at the new address for ONE WEEK, it transpires that this is not possible and the number is now in Quarantine (not covid related) and cannot be used for 6 months!!!!! So it is looking like a new number after all!!! So we have wasted 3 months fighting this and NO ONE at BT discovered the issue until now....We are so sorry for any inconvenience to all our customers, but watch this space for new details from next week! So after 3 months of no phone line and 8 complaints, I had it secured for today, confirmed with calls from management and myself……guess what? Called to check, and the order has been CANCELLED 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 no reasons, explanations…… and now I have to break the news to Pete tonight🙈😭

Please note……WE STILL HAVE NO LANDLINE NUMBER!!!!Due to the utter incompetence of BT, who are less than useless and full of daily promises, we are still only able to use the mobile number 07879698116.

UPDATE….we are still having issues with the phone line😡 apparently it should be sorted on 9th August 🤞🏻 Pete can still be reached on his mobile number 07879698116, or the home number to leave a message 01263 579421. Apologies for this hiccup…dealing with BT/EE is never as straightforward as they tell you it will be!!!!
