Another contractor tender visit today here at Green’s Windmill in Sneinton.

George Green, a mathematician and physicist inherited the mill from his father. The mill has much historic interest through Green’s mathematical brilliance: Green’s Theorem and Green’s function – are used today by scientists and engineers all over the world working with computers, lasers, satellite communications.

A really interesting project to repair the mill back to working condition. Looking forward to this one starting on site.

Following an options appraisal on the reuse of this redundant chapel, we are delighted to have helped make structural repairs happen, that were the reason why it’s alternative sustainable use came to an end.

Our proposals for a new WC 🚻 and kitchenette ☕️ within All Saints' Church, Matlock Bank was really well received at the launch of our public consultation.

Interested but couldn’t come today? Not to worry, the proposals are on display within the church throughout the Christmas period. Feel free to come and have a look 👀 then let us know what you think! ✍️
